Crisis Connections has been a first call for help for people in need of emotional support and social services for over 50 years. Today, we are a nationally recognized leader in mental health, suicide and crisis intervention, and information and referral services.

Crisis Connections has developed suicide prevention education to teach youth how to identify the signs of suicide, how to talk to their friends about suicide, and where to turn to for help.

Our three distinct curricula address each age group, from 5th grade through high school, in terms they can relate to while giving them tools to diffuse a situation or help their peers feel less alone.

Materials are available in English and Spanish. Materiales disponibles en inglés y español.

Crisis Connections has paused our community trainings for 2023. School resources are still available here. Similar training programs are available at Cascadia Training, Mental Health First Aid, ASIST Living Works, and other providers in King County.
