Rent Smart: General Information – Virtual Event

Discuss tenant’s rights and procedures from the Residential Landlord Tenant Act of Washington State. Learn how to make a formal repair request, break your lease, formally moving out of your unit and how to get your deposit back.
Presented by Solid Ground Tenant Counselors. A visiting attorney from the Tenant Law Center will also be on hand to help with answering questions.
