On-Call/Per Diem employees won't accrue PTO but will earn paid sick leave per Washington Sick and Safe Leave and Seattle's Paid Sick and Safe Time ordinance, at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked.

12 paid holidays per year. ​

Five paid working days of time off following the loss of a close family member.

Employees called to serve on a jury or subpoenaed to be a witness will be compensated for the full duration of the absence.

Grants eligible employees up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave for family and medical reasons, ensuring job protection and health insurance coverage during that time.​

Worked for Crisis Connections at least 12 months and logged at least 1,250 hours of work in the past 12 months.

The program offers up to 12 weeks of paid time off for personal medical conditions, family care, or new child bonding.​

Eligibility: ​
Worked at least 820 hours in Washington during the past 12 months (any WA employer, across multiple jobs).

Crisis Connections maintains a Leave Transfer Program for employees experiencing medical or disaster emergencies and do not have PTO.

Unpaid leave may be granted on a case-by-case basis for employees who have exhausted all leave options and are still needing time off to recover.
