At Overlake’s Mental Health Conference, learn about available resources and organizations on the Eastside that aim to breakdown that stigma and connect people to the help they need. The keynote presentation, “Talk Saves Lives® An Introduction to Suicide Prevention,” will be followed by breakout discussions led by Eastside mental health experts.

Topics include nutrition and your mental health, the differences in types of therapy, substance abuse and more. All ages are encouraged to attend.
