Crisis Connections provides a network of programs that support help seekers in our community. Individuals, caregivers, family or friends can reach out for emotional and basic needs support through our crisis, peer or resource help lines.  

Together with our community partners, we are committed to providing an immediate, thoughtful response to emotional, mental health, substance use, and basic needs emergencies for all. 

988 is here 24/7 for anyone experiencing or witnessing an emotional or mental health emergency.

211 provides personalized support for basic needs emergencies like food, housing, and financial assistance.

911 Diversion connects help in crisis or seeking basic needs to 988 and 211.

Community Care Hub Intake Center coordinates local access to support for people with multiple needs.

Regional Crisis Lines provide 24/7 behavioral health support in nine counties across Washington State.

Mobile Crisis Dispatch connects help seekers with in-person support in Seattle and King County.

Recovery Help Line offers confidential, compassionate support for substance user disorders.

Helpline by teens for teens.
Call, text, or chat with a peer who really gets it.

Warm Line is an adult peer support line for anyone experiencing emotional health challenges.

Support After Suicide is dedicated to providing grief mentorship and group support to suicide loss survivors.
