warm line

A listening ear from someone who understands

Peer volunteers who have lived experience with mental health challenges and recovery are here to listen when help seekers in Washington State need understanding and support.

Human connection and peer support

When you call the Warm Line, you'll talk with a friendly, trained volunteer who really understands what you're going through.

The Warm Line is a space for connection and support where you can share what’s on your mind without judgment.
No matter what the day brings you can share what's on your mind with a peer.

Each call can last up to 20 minutes, and you're welcome to call once per day.
