OneCall &
Mobile Crisis Team Dispatch

OneCall provides real-time guidance and resources for first responders as you support community members on scene. As an additional support, Crisis Connections manages Mobile Crisis Team Dispatch for Seattle and King County.

Hospital Authorization Resources

Crisis Connections utilizes the LOCUS and CALOCUS for utlization management decisions. Copies of these tools are available on the web or can be requested by contacting UR@crisisconnections.org.

Next Day Appointments

Crisis Connections and ScalaNW are working together to link patients with opioid use disorder who have had an encounter with emergency services or been hospitalized to follow-up care. We are enrolling MOUD prescribers and peer support agencies from any practice setting to participate in the program.
