Arranging a Workplace Lunch & Learn

Hello, 

I wanted to share an organization that is close to my heart, and one that I believe could be a valuable partner and resource for our team and company.  

Crisis Connections is a Seattle-based nonprofit that reaches over 650,000 people each year. They operate multiple behavioral health and basic needs programs, which are always free and available in 155+ languages.  

People face overwhelming challenges every day; Crisis Connections is there with no judgement for thousands of calls, texts, and chats. Their programs include 988 and Mobile Crisis Dispatch for mental health emergencies, 211 for basic needs resources, the Recovery Help Line, and Teen Link and Warm Line for peer support. These programs offer hope, help, and healing to people in need of human connection and real time support. I would love for our team to set up a lunch and learn with Crisis Connections. It's an amazing opportunity for staff to learn about community resources, help us understand how we can support each other, and explore ways we can get involved.
