Help for seniors is just a call, text, or chat away

Crisis Connections is here to support older adults and their families. Whether you're feeling lonely, experiencing anxiety or depression, or simply need someone to talk to—we're here to listen with compassion and care.

For everyday needs, such as food, utility assistance, healthcare, and services that support independent living, we'll help guide you to the right resources. Family members and caregivers can also reach out to Crisis Connections programs on your behalf.

Support is on the line

Connect with any of our programs to learn more about how we can support your well-being. You’ll connect with a supportive, knowledgeable person when you reach out to 211, 988, Community Care Hub Intake Center or the Warm Line.

211 provides personalized support for basic needs emergencies like food, housing, and financial assistance.

Community Care Hub Intake Center coordinates local access to support for people with multiple needs.

Warm Line is an adult peer support line for anyone experiencing emotional health challenges.

988 is here 24/7 for anyone experiencing or witnessing an emotional or mental health emergency.
