We’re excited to welcome you to the new crisisconnections.org. We’re so glad you’re here! Looking for help or support?

When you visit Our Programs, you’ll find quick information about each of our services and how to connect right away. Our programs support people across Washington with:

  • Mental health emergencies
  • Basic needs emergencies
  • Peer connection
  • Recovery support

Each page is designed to make it easier to understand what support is available and how to reach us.

Not sure if you should call, text or chat?

Our Reasons to Call section shares some of the many reasons people reach out to Crisis Connections. There’s no wrong reason to ask for help. These pages highlight common experiences—from mental health concerns to navigating basic needs like food or housing—and help people understand how our programs can support them.

Whatever you’re experiencing, you’re not alone.

Resources for professionals and first responders

Community-based providers and first responders can explore our Resources for Professionals section for materials designed to support help seekers in the community and during a crisis. You’ll also find information about programs like Bridger, resources for hospitals and guidance for bystanders witnessing a mental health emergency.

Want to get involved?

If you’d like to connect with Crisis Connections beyond using our services, visit Get Involved to explore ways to volunteer, support peer connection and watch for upcoming opportunities like our Community Ambassador program.
